Share the Tradition in Sainte Barbe by Planting Seeds With Your Class
Start the Christmas season as they do in Provence: plant seeds on December 4, Sainte Barbe's feast day. If they grow straight and tall by Christmas, the New Year will be a prosperous one! This kit includes everything you need for 30 students to each start their own seeds.

This was a great kit for fun and teaching different Christmas customs around France. The kids loved watching their grass grow each day!
Staff's Response: Hi Kimberly, Wonderful to hear your students enjoyed the kit. If you still have the kits growing in your classroom, please send a pic. We'd love to see them. If interested in sharing, you can email me at kristin@teachersdiscovery.com. Thanks for the review! -Kristin

My students have loved growing the Ste. Barbe's grass for years. My only complaint is that the kit doesn't include enough moss--I always go to one of my florists to get 'sheet moss' to have enough. The grass grows consistently--unless the students don't water it!
