Over the years I have purchased most of these prizes individually, and I think the variety is quite good. Kids like the sayings on the pencils; stickers are *always* popular; and I *love* the buttons. I haven't purchased the rubber bracelets yet, but they're on my wishlist.I know this sounds silly, but I didn't used to let kids pick out their prizes. It seemed like it took too much time for them to deliberate while the rest of the class waited. Now I just write all of the winners' names on the whiteboard. While the class cleans up the games, the winners come up all at once and pick out their prizes. My only suggestions for improvement are that the price is a little steep and that some of the stickers are hard to cut apart. They don''t have a white border around each individual sticker, so you have to cut carefully to avoid cutting part of the image off. I solve that by giving them to a conscientious student to cut out! Ha!A last thought--I recommend that teachers steal all the white pens out of this prize pack. :) They're awesome pens and the only kind I use! prize jar nice but high school students prefer stickers, bracelets and pins with spanish slogans/expressions - fewer pencils and pens
