Beautiful Illustrations...My Students Love Them!

I am using these illustrated Don Q readers with my Spanish 1 and 2 students. It has a glossary on every page so they never get stuck. It is also great for them to see what a great farce this story is. Art is excellent and the kids love the books.

Don Quijote may be one the few classics that works well as a graphic novel. Cervantes created such vivid images and such colorful characters! This reader serves as a quick introduction to the story, and a good introduction to reading in Spanish. The glossary and discussion questions will be helpful to beginner readers.
