Make Small Talk About the "Universal Topic": Weather
Wherever you go, people are always talking about what the weather is doing and what they think about it! Use Tina’s Weather Station at the beginning of class to help students express their thoughts on the weather that day. Build up to using it as a starting point for “small talk” about what’s happening in students’ lives!
