Q:I already purchased this digital download (and countless others) and now when I log in I cannot access any of my prior downloads. Where did they go? I also notice that my order history is incomplete and only shows order from 2015. What happened to this website?

A: We actually have a new website and are in the middle of moving information over to it. Your order history should be showing by now but at the present time we are not able to give you access to prior downloads. We are working to have a feature in place to restore your access to your downloads. In the meantime, you may call customer service at 800-832-2437 or email help@teachersdiscovery.com.
