Q: Can the downloadable copy be saved on a hard drive? Sometimes our teaching assignments change, and our department materials are transferred to a different teacher. We do not want to lose access if a teacher leaves our building or is reassigned to a different grade.

  A: Hi. Thanks for your question. The download is a PDF and can be saved to a hard drive. Purchase allows one teacher to use with all of their students. We request that it not be loaded to a website or server where multiple people have access. It a teacher moved to another school and still wished to use it, they can. If a teacher is no longer with the school, you have permission to give the book to another teacher. Again, purchase is for one teacher, not multiple teachers. Does this information help?
